Les champions(2) vus par JL Coppet: les gens du Nord

Ils font rimer Highland avec Scotland et Iceland Ils sont les plus septentrionaux de nos athlètes. Pas étonnant que les deux écossais Lorne COLTHART et Jamie GUNN ainsi que l'islandais Svavar SIGURSTEINSSON au nom plus facile à éternuer qu'à prononcer...

Les 12 "Mondiaux" 3- Sinclair PATIENCE, le fils d'Ecosse

Un futur champion du monde doit savoir être patient lors des Highland Games. C'est seulement à la fin de la huitième épreuve qu'on connait le vainqueur des Jeux. Et Sinclair est désormais habitué à ces Jeux de Patience puisque c'est à la fois son patronyme...

The 12 Champions : 2- Sebastian WENTA, the Strongman

All the spectators of the Bressuire Highland Games in 2013 do remember Sebastian WENTA. And all of them are really delighted to see him again at the château for the IHGF Worlds in June. A Strongman and a Thrower Everybody was impressed by his performances...

Les 12 "Mondiaux" : 2- Sebastian WENTA, le Poids lourd

Mieux qu"Autant en emporte le vent"... Autant en emporte le Wenta! Sebastian WENTA, le Polonais quadruple champion du monde des Strongmen, avait fait forte impression à Bressuire il y a deux ans en emportant tout sur son passage. Même un camion de 5 tonnes...
