l was there to watch this happen. Just before the attempt Tommy Ogilvy of Springfield, IL played the pipes down the line of cabers. The St. Andrews Society of Central Pipe Band and their Celtic Dancers performed off and on during the day Sat. I was proud to be part of the dancers.
