1- Les Championnats du monde 2015 à Bressuire. The world Championships in Bressuire

Ryan VIERRA, vice-president,  Francis BREBNER president of the International Federation, Jean-Michel BERNIER, the Bressuire Mayor, Jean-Louis COPPET the French president

Bressuire will host the World Championship in 2015. Le château va accueillir les Championnats du monde en 2015.

No wonder! According to Francis Brebner, Bressuire is in the Top 5 of the Highland Games in the world.

Ce n'est pas une surprise car Francis Brebner classe Bressuire dans le Top 5 des Jeux mondiaux.

2- Sebastien Pizon, champion de France. A new French champion

After Amine AMROUN and Belkacem SMAHI, the new French Champion comes from Bressuire. He got his title after winning the five events.

3- Des lanceuses au château. Lady throwers at the château

 Petra MÜLLER superstar en féminines

Pour la première édition du tournoi féminin, Petra MÜLLER s'est largement inspirée de Sébastien PIZON.

Comme lui, elle a remporté les cinq épreuves et remporté un grand chelem au féminin devant ses deux compatriotes..

The Lady throwers' competition was a historic first in Bressuire and, just like in football, at the end the Germans win.

It was obvious in Bressuire because the three competitors came from Germany.

Et à la fin, c'est toujours l'Allemagne qui gagne....

Le classement féminin:

1-Petra MÜLLER, 5 points

2-Meike STOFFLER, 9 points

3-Renate RIEGER, 11 points

4- Jonathan KELLY, l'homme de pierres. Stone-hoisting at its best
