A royal handshake for Vlad Tulacek

In 2017, Vlad Tulacek from the Czek republic became the superstar of the Bressuire Highland Games after winning six out of eight heavy events.

A champion in Bressuire

That was an exceptionnal achievement..

Moreover, he also grabbed the title for caber-tossing and broke two field records.

That was quite unbelievable!

No wonder he was hailed by thousands of thrilled spectators inside the fantastic showcase of the Bressuire castle.

A star in Braemar

Two years later in Braemar, he also won the competition and got a rare priviledge : he shook hands with the Queen of England after breaking the old record for the weight for height.

For Vlad Tulacek, it was more than a Royal handshake .
