The old castle: a fantastic showcase for the Highland Games

For the next IHGF European Pro Championship on June 10 and 11, the competition will take place in the Bressuire castle.

As usual!

And this is a fantastic setting for our Games. Just have a look!

So Scottish!

That's an essential reason to call our city Bressuire-the-Scot.

Without this exceptionnal showcase, Bressuire wouldn't be in the Top 3 of the International Highland Games, according to the Heavies who all enjoy the place.

And the city wouldn't have staged the IHGF World in 2015.

Keeping our fingers crossed

When we see Jacques PAQUEREAU's photos, we are all looking forward to attending the next championships. And we all keep our fingers crossed to have a fantastic weather for the Games.

Whatever the angle, this place seems to be made for such a competition.

And when we see this photo of the Games in 2009 with thousands of spectators, we can't wait to see that happen once more on June 10 and 11.
