Throwers and Judges for the Worlds: Don't worry, be Heavy!

At the Bressuire castle for the 2015 IHGF Worlds, there will be no real differences between the official judges and the 12 throwers.

They all belong to the same category: they are Heavies.

And many people in Bressuire already know the men who will supervise and judge this competition:

 

Ryan VIERRA (left) will be the head judge and Adam DARASZ (right)will be his assistant for the first IHGF Worlds in France managed by the French organiser, Jean-Louis COPPET.

On the field, Chad and Al will be in charge and there is no doubt the competition will be under control...

Their determination can be seen on the photos when they are ready to throw the weight over the bar.

If we watch the name of their sponsor, a famous single malt, they must perfectly know what a bar is.

You may be sure the two field judges wil be kept very busy and have little time to stay in Uncle Tomatin's cabin.

All through the competition, they will be ready, steady....

.... and on their marks, whatever the event.

Al and Chad just look like competitors, but in Bressuire they will be field judges.

They will have a lot of work to do and a lot of measurements to make.

In fact, everybody in France expects most of the Bressuire records (and why not a world record?) will be beaten on the field.

It wouldn't be surprising when we see the line-up with the 12 best throwers of the moment.
