He plays the bagpipe because he has "his lassie in the bag and good whisky in the pipe".
In Aubigny-sur-Nère, France, there will be 200 lassies in the pipers' bags for the parade.
Just before Bastille Day!
The pipers will definitely celebrate the Auld Alliance between their lassie and whisky.
But they'll also celebrate the Auld Alliance between France and Scotland.
Aubigny, in fact, is the city of the Stuarts..
And every year, just before Bastille Day, they celebrate the friendship between Scotland and France with huge parades in their city.
In a few days, 200 pipers from many different countries will walk in the streets of Aubigny-sur-Nère on July 11, 12 and 13.
If you like pipe-bands, lassies and whiskies, don't hesitate!

Bressuire in Deux-Sèvres will be the venue for the first Highland Games World Championship in France.
There will be bagpipes, of course, but dancers and the best 12 Heavies in the world.
